Anti-Bcl-x Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography, this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is directed against Bcl-x, detecting endogenous levels of the target protein. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human Bcl-x around the non-phosphorylation site of T47, and the reagent is supplied as an unconjugated liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/ml. Provided in a 50 µl size, it is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and ELISA workflows, and has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species apoptosis and cell-survival studies.
