Anti-Bcl-w (G154) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Bcl-w protein and is supplied in an unconjugated format. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 120–165 of Human Bcl-w, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Bcl-w protein. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 21 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
