Anti-Bcl-w Antibody

Raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Bcl-w, this affinity-purified polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated antibody detects endogenous levels of the Bcl-w protein (also known as apoptosis regulator Bcl-W, Bcl-2-like protein 2, Bcl2-L-2, BCL2L2 or KIAA0271) and has been validated in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and ELISA applications on human, mouse and rat samples.
