Anti-Bcl-7a (N62) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Bcl-7a (N62). The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western Blot (WB), with reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen used was a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 30–84 of human Bcl-7a, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Bcl-7a protein. It recognises a target with a molecular weight of approximately 23 kDa and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, giving a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
