Raised in rabbit against the human BCL6 transcription factor, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com supports Western blot and ELISA workflows that probe germinal center B-cell biology and lymphoma research. BCL6 is a zinc-finger transcriptional repressor encoded on chromosome 3q27 and serves as the defining marker of germinal center B-cells and T follicular helper cells; its deregulated expression, often through chromosomal translocation, drives a substantial fraction of diffuse large B-cell lymphomas, making it a routine target in hematopathology and immunology studies. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated rabbit IgG in a liquid vial and has been validated to detect endogenous Bcl-6 in human, mouse, and rat samples, enabling cross-species comparison between murine germinal center models and human lymphoma-derived cell lines. Researchers working on transcription factor regulation, somatic hypermutation, class switch recombination, or DLBCL biomarker panels can pair this primary antibody with HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary reagents for chromogenic detection on membranes or downstream plate-based assays.
