Anti-Bcl-6 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human Bcl-6 surrounding the non-phosphorylation site at serine 333, and is designed to detect endogenous levels of the Bcl-6 transcription factor. The unconjugated antibody is presented as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL, and is offered here in a 50 µL pack size. It has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, and shows cross-reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for a range of cell and tissue-based workflows in B-cell lymphoma, germinal centre and immune-response research.
