Anti-Bcl-6 Antibody

Bcl-6 (B-cell lymphoma 6) is a zinc-finger transcriptional repressor central to germinal centre B-cell identity and T follicular helper (Tfh) cell differentiation. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and recognises endogenous Bcl-6 in human, mouse, and rat samples, supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG.

Validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA, the antibody supports lymphoma phenotyping, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) research, and studies of BCL6 translocations in lymphoid tissue. Common downstream uses include chromatin immunoprecipitation follow-up, characterisation of germinal centre markers such as CD10 and BCL6 co-expression, and investigation of transcriptional targets involved in apoptosis suppression and DNA damage responses.

For best results, store at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and protect the unconjugated preparation from light until ready for secondary antibody labelling.
