Anti-Bcl-2 (phospho Thr56) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Bcl-2 phosphorylated at threonine 56. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with human samples and is validated for use in ELISA applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from human Bcl-2 and conjugated with KLH for immunization, with the sequence SQPGHTPPHPASR. The antibody is supplied in lyophilised form, purified by protein G affinity chromatography, and formulated from 0.01M phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.4. The product is reconstitution dependent and is reconstituted with double distilled water. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
