Anti-Bcl-2 (phospho-T69) Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Bcl-2 phosphorylated at threonine 69. It is validated for use in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and falls within the Primary Antibodies category.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Bcl-2 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 69. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Bcl-2 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr69, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 26 kDa.

The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
