Anti-Bcl-2 (phospho-T56) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Bcl-2 phosphorylated at threonine 56. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Bcl-2 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 56, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Bcl-2 only when phosphorylated at Thr56. The antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF), the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 26 kDa.
