Anti-Bcl-2 (phospho-S70) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against Bcl-2 phosphorylated at Serine 70. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Bcl-2 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 70, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Bcl-2 only when phosphorylated at Ser70. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and runs at a molecular weight of ~ 26 kDa.
