Anti-BCKDK (E41) Antibody

The Antibodies.com catalogue lists a polyclonal primary antibody targeting BCKDK (E41). It is a rabbit polyclonal antibody, unconjugated, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 21–70 of Human BCKDK and is reported to detect endogenous levels of BCKDK protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The manufacturer indicates a molecular weight of ~46 kDa for the target.

The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
