Anti-BCKDK Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BCKDK. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, affinity-purified and presented in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 153–412 of human BCKDK (NP_005872.2), and the predicted molecular weight of the target is 46 kDa.

Validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the antibody reacts with human and rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
