Anti-BCKDHB Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting BCKDHB. The reagent is unconjugated with an IgG isotype and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 183-392 of human BCKDHB (NP_898871.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 43 kDa. It is provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity purification.

Recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:1,000-1:5,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
