Anti-BCKDHA Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting BCKDHA, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and ELISA, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 276–445 of human BCKDHA and has been affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 50 kDa; concentration is lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1 µg/ml for ELISA. The antibody ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
