Anti-BCCIP Antibody

This Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against BCCIP. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a stated molecular weight of 50 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-314 of human BCCIP (NP_510868.1), and the antibody is prepared by affinity purification.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:100-1:200. Concentration is reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Two scientific validation images are available. Third-party data describe BCCIP (BRCA2 and CDKN1A interacting protein) as showing low tissue specificity and localising to the nucleoplasm and cytosol.
