Anti-BCAT2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets BCAT2 and is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 28-392 of human BCAT2 (NP_001181.2). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The target protein BCAT2 has a molecular weight of 39 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.
