Anti-BCAS4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human BCAS4, enabling detection of endogenous levels of the total BCAS4 protein. Supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, the unconjugated antibody is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is composed of purified rabbit IgG. The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive with human samples. For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C and upon receipt should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve reagent performance. The antibody was isolated from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, supporting high specificity in target detection.
