BCAS3 is a regulatory protein studied in the context of cell migration, microtubule organization, and a recently characterized neurodevelopmental syndrome. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied as a 100 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml, formulated in PBS buffer with 0.1% sodium azide as preservative and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The unconjugated antibody is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications on human and rat samples, making it a practical tool for profiling BCAS3 expression across tissue lysates, localizing the protein in fixed cell preparations, or probing BCAS3 abundance in tumor and neural cell models. The liquid vial format remains compatible with standard immunofluorescence staining, immunoblotting on nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes, and antigen retrieval protocols used in IHC. For storage, keep frozen at -20 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles by aliquoting on first use.
