Anti-BCAS3 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets BCAS3. It is an IgG antibody supplied unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 674–913 of human BCAS3 (NP_060149.3). The target has a molecular weight of 115 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200, and IP: 1:50–1:100.
