Anti-BCAS2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting BCAS2, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western Blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is reactive with human samples and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal of human BCAS2. It detects endogenous levels of total BCAS2 protein.

The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. The target protein, BCAS2, is also known by the synonyms Breast carcinoma-amplified sequence 2, DAM1, DNA amplified in mammary carcinoma 1 protein, Pre-mRNA-splicing factor SPF27, and Spliceosome-associated protein SPF 27.
