Anti-BCAS2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to BCAS2, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–225 of human BCAS2 (NP_005863.1) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with affinity purification used in its preparation. The target protein has a molecular weight of 25 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.
