Anti-BCAP31 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to BCAP31 (also referred to as BAP31), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The reagent is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

Validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation, the antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 127–246 of human BAP31 (NP_001243376.1). It is affinity-purified and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 28 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50–1:100 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and 1:50–1:100 for immunoprecipitation. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific, and the antibody is supported by three scientific validation images.
