Anti-BCAP29 Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BCAP29 (also known as BAP29), available from Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is listed for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence (C0). The manufacturer's datasheet confirms validation for WB and IHC, providing recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200, and includes four scientific validation images (S1).

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 125-241 of human BCAP29 (NP_061332.2). The reported immunogen sequence is TQLAKELSNKGVLKTQAENTNKAAKKFMEENEKLKRILKSHGKDEECVLEAENKKLVEDQEKLKTELRKTSDALSKAQNDVMEMKMQSERLSKEYDQLLKEHSELQDRLERGNKKRL (S1). It is purified by affinity chromatography (S1).

The product is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide (S1), with a lot-specific concentration (S1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 28 kDa (S1). The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles (S1).
