Anti-BBC3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets BBC3, a pro-apoptotic BH3-only member of the Bcl-2 family also known as PUMA (p53-upregulated modulator of apoptosis). Raised against a recombinant human BBC3 protein and affinity purified, the unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied in a 100 µl vial formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant for stable storage at standard refrigerator temperatures.

Validated for Western blot applications on human, mouse, and rat samples, the antibody detects endogenous BBC3 at the expected molecular weight of approximately 23 kDa. The recommended working dilution range is 1:500 to 1:2000 for immunoblotting, giving flexible assay optimization across different lysate preparations and membrane types.
