Anti-BAZ1B Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets BAZ1B (also referred to as WSTF) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human WSTF (NP_115784.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, has a lot-specific concentration, and a reported molecular weight of 190 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC.

The reagent is KO validated and is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Four scientific images are provided.
