Anti-BAZ1A Antibody

A polyclonal antibody preparation raised in rabbit and directed against BAZ1A (also referred to as ACF1), available through Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1347–1556 of human BAZ1A (NP_038476.2). The antibody has been affinity purified and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 250 kDa.

The recommended Western blot working dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific, and the reagent is supported by one scientific validation image.
