Anti-Bax (S4) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the Bax (S4) epitope and is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human Bax.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of Bax protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
