Anti-Bax (C62) Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com detects the pro-apoptotic Bcl-2 family protein Bax, a central regulator of mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization and programmed cell death. The antibody maps to a C-terminal epitope designated C62, allowing visualization of full-length endogenous Bax in cell lysates and tissue sections.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows, the unconjugated antibody performs reliably on human, mouse, and rat samples.
