Anti-BAX Antibody [G26-R]

A rabbit monoclonal (G26-R) antibody to BAX is available from Antibodies.com. It is supplied as a liquid in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised against a peptide derived from the N-terminal sequence of human Bax and recognises the epitope located between Pro13 and Gly36.

The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), ELISA, immunoprecipitation (IP) and immunocytochemistry (ICC). Recommended dilutions are 1:2,000 for WB, 1:30,000–1:50,000 for ELISA, and 1:200–1:600 for ICC. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
