Anti-Bax Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody is raised against the Bax protein and is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the internal region of human Bax, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of Bax in samples originating from human, mouse and rat. It is provided unconjugated and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA applications. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
