Anti-Bax Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal antibody targets Bax and is supplied as an unconjugated Mouse IgA preparation in 1×TBS (pH 7.4) with 1% BSA and 40% glycerol, preserved with 0.05% sodium azide. The reagent was raised by immunising mice with a KLH-coupled synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal region of Bax, and it is reported to detect endogenous levels of Bax without cross-reacting with related proteins.

Listed for use in WB, ICC, IHC and FC applications and validated for WB, IHC and ICC/IF, the antibody reacts with Human and Mouse samples and is accompanied by five scientific validation images. It has been purified by Protein A affinity chromatography, and the target protein runs at an apparent molecular weight of ~21 kDa.
