Anti-Bax Antibody

This mouse monoclonal IgA reagent from Antibodies.com targets the pro-apoptotic Bcl-2 family member Bax, a ~21 kDa protein that translocates to mitochondria during intrinsic apoptosis to permeabilize the outer membrane, releasing cytochrome c and activating caspase-9.
