Anti-BAX Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting BAX, offered by Antibodies.com for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of BAX protein. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human BAX.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.3, the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 18 kDa. The product is validated for WB and is accompanied by one scientific validation image.
