Anti-BAX Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BAX. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG antibody in liquid form, prepared by affinity purification.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human BAX (NP_620116.1) as the immunogen, and it reacts with both human and mouse samples. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and the reported molecular weight of the target is 21 kDa. It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
