BATF2 (basic leucine zipper ATF-like transcription factor 2) is a nuclear regulator of innate immunity and type I interferon signaling that has been studied as a tumor suppressor in several cancer models. This polyclonal rabbit primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against the BATF2 protein and supports Western blot detection in human, mouse, and rat samples.
Suitable for research on macrophage polarization, antiviral response, and interferon-driven gene expression, the reagent is supplied unconjugated so it can be paired with a secondary antibody of the user's choice. Each vial contains 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol; store at -20°C in working aliquots, limit freeze-thaw cycles, and protect from light. For research use only.
