Target the BATF transcription factor with a rabbit polyclonal antibody validated for Western blot detection in human and rat samples. BATF (Basic Leucine Zipper Activating Transcription Factor-Like) is a member of the AP-1 family that dimerizes with Jun proteins and drives lineage commitment in T helper 17 cells, follicular helper T cells, and class-switch recombination in B lymphocytes, making it a useful marker in immunology and oncology research. This unconjugated primary antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, and is packaged as a 100 µl aliquot. The polyclonal reagent binds the BATF protein under denaturing conditions typical of western blot workflows, allowing researchers to probe transcription factor expression across lysates prepared from cell lines and primary tissue. Store refrigerated and protect from light to preserve antibody activity.
