Anti-BARD1 (R8) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BARD1 (R8). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human BARD1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of BARD1 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 87 kDa.
