Anti-BAP1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets BAP1 and is supplied unconjugated for use in routine immunodetection workflows. Raised in rabbit, the reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blotting, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry, supporting detection of endogenous total BAP1. The antibody is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen — a recombinant human BAP1 protein. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
