Anti-BAP1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets BAP1. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–270 of human BAP1 (NP_004647.1). BAP1 has a reported molecular weight of 95 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product ships at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
