Anti-BANP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting BANP (BTG3 associated nuclear protein), offered by Antibodies.com. The antibody is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1-260 of human BANP (NP_060339.2). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified. The predicted molecular weight is 50 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500 - 1:2,000 is suggested. Storage instructions specify shipment at 4°C, with aliquoting and storage at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
