A rabbit polyclonal antibody to BAK1 from Antibodies.com, supplied as a liquid and unconjugated with an IgG isotype. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-100 of human Bak (NP_001179.1) and purified by affinity purification. The BAK1 target protein has a molecular weight of 25 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:500-1:1,000 for IP.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The concentration is lot specific.
