Anti-Bak (A2) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Bak protein and is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied unconjugated.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal of Human Bak, and it detects endogenous levels of Bak protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has a molecular weight of approximately 25 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
