Anti-BAIAP2L1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BAIAP2L1 (also known as IRTKS). The antibody is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 198–388 of human BAIAP2L1 (NP_061330.2). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 57 kDa. Antibody concentration is lot specific. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity purification.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
