Anti-BAIAP2 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against BAI-associated protein 2 (BAIAP2) using a recombinant human BAIAP2 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography so that it specifically recognises the endogenous total BAIAP2 protein. The unconjugated antibody is provided as a 50 µL aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) without magnesium or calcium and supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabiliser. It is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence/immunocytochemistry (IF/ICC), and the antibody has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples, making it well suited to comparative studies of BAIAP2 expression, subcellular localisation and cytoskeletal or neuronal signalling pathways.
