Anti-BAI3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting BAI3, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The isotype is IgG.

Specificity: the antibody detects endogenous levels of BAI3 protein. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human BAI3. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 172 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
