Anti-BAI-1 (Q732) Antibody

According to the manufacturer, the reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 711–760 of Human BAI-1 and detects endogenous levels of BAI-1 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is provided at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein has a stated molecular weight of approximately 174 kDa.
