Anti-BAG6 Antibody

From the Primary Antibodies range at Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BAG6. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–200 of human BAT3/BAG6 (NP_001092004.1) and is affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target carries a reported molecular weight of 160 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
