BAG1 (BCL2-associated athanogene 1) is a multifunctional co-chaperone that binds Hsp70/Hsc70 chaperones and modulates apoptosis, transcription factor activity, and proteasomal degradation, and this polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit enables its detection across human, mouse, and rat samples. Validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows, the unconjugated antibody recognizes multiple BAG1 isoforms.
