Anti-BAG1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting BAG1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for WB, IHC and ICC/IF. The antibody is raised in rabbit and detects endogenous levels of BAG1 protein in Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Produced by affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen (recombinant full length Human BAG1), with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The preparation is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. On western blots the antibody recognises BAG1 isoforms with apparent molecular weights of approximately 33, 46 and 50 kDa.
